Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB)

CEB is a 42 hour, evidence-based program developed at the recommendation of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama.

Throughout the course, you will develop a variety of skills including:

  • Recognition of the universal facial expression of emotions
  • Attention training
  • Cultivation of loving-kindness and compassion
  • Pursuit of genuine (authentic) happiness
